I'm a full-stack engineer and data scientist with a Ph.D. in Human Sciences (Waseda University) and 15+ years of experience in statistics, NLP and applied AI. I build web apps and SaaS with React, FastAPI and C# / .NET, add LLM features (Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT API, RAG), and use AI coding agents such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to deliver fast without cutting quality.
