I currently work at Reflex IT Agency as a Project Team Lead and Mentor, where I manage client projects, guide creative teams, and support learners in building real-world skills for freelancing and long-term income growth. On the agency side, I collaborate with clients to deliver end-to-end business and digital solutions, ensuring projects are executed strategically, efficiently, and to a high professional standard. My role involves planning, design direction, team coordination, and quality control across multiple types of projects. Agency Responsibilities: - Leading and managing design & digital projects - Business solution design for brands and startups - Creating Meta marketing kits (ads, creatives, brand assets) - Website design & development coordination - Client communication, revisions, and delivery management - Ensuring production-ready and scalable design outputs Alongside agency work, I also serve as a Mentor & Instructor, where I focus on helping students and aspiring professionals build sustainable careers. Mentorship & Teaching: - Teaching freelancing fundamentals (platforms, client handling, workflow) - Guiding students on passive income strategies in digital design - Training in graphic design fundamentals & advanced practices - Practical, project-based learning aligned with real client work - Career guidance and portfolio development support This dual role allows me to stay deeply connected to both industry demands and talent development, bridging the gap between professional agency work and skill-based education.
