1. What kind of photos do you need for the illustration?
I recommend clear, high-quality photos where the features of the subject(s) are visible. This helps me create the best and most accurate artwork for you!
2. Can I request changes after the artwork is delivered?
Yes, you can! Each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details). If additional revisions are needed beyond the included number, there may be an extra fee.
3. Can you create custom backgrounds or props?
Yes! I can design custom backgrounds or props to match your concept. Depending on the complexity, there may be an extra charge.
4. Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
Commercial use is included in the Premium package. For Basic and Standard packages, you can purchase a commercial use license as an add-on.
5. What file formats will I receive?
You will receive a high-resolution JPG/PNG image by default. Source files (PSD or AI) are included in the Standard and Premium packages or as an add-on.
6. Do you draw animals or non-human characters?
Yes! I can create illustrations of animals or even fantasy creatures. Feel free to share your ideas!
7. What happens if I need more figures than listed in the package?
No problem! You can add extra figures for an additional cost. Just let me know before we start.
8. Do you ship physical prints?
At this time, I only provide digital files. However, you can use the high-resolution files I send to print them at your local printer.
