28 years experience and expertise as a Trademark Examining Attorney at the U.S. Trademark Office. I have reviewed and made decisions on over 50,000 trademark applications so I know what it takes to get a trademark application approved. If your trademark application is refused, I will know how to resolve the issues.
I graduated from UCLA in 1985, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and from UCLA Law School in 1988. I am a licensed attorney in the U.S.A. I will only work on a small number of cases per month so you will have my full attention. I will always respond promptly to your messages.
