I wrote the script over [X days], holding it to [6 pages] so the runtime stayed tight, and I built the structure the way short-form storytelling demands: an opening image that establishes the world and raises a question within ten seconds, a middle that complicates it, and a final beat that pays off what the first frame promised. I cut anything that explained what an image could show. With the script locked, I moved into storyboarding and a full shot list of [40 to 60] shots.
