In 2021, I was hospitalised with illness caused by Insomnia. My doctor told me I had to learn how to sleep, or risk becoming unwell again - and next time I may not recover.
That was petrifying.
Since then, I’ve not only improved my own sleep, but qualified as a Sleep Coach.
Now I work one-on-one to help people improve their sleep in a way that’s realistic and creates long lasting change.
