Yes. This is a structured competency questionnaire — not a clinical psychological test. It complies with Mexican labor law when used as a pre-screening tool (not the sole hiring criterion). Always obtain candidate consent and combine with interviews.
Can I use this for NOM-035 compliance?
Partially. NOM-035 focuses on psychosocial risk in current employees, not pre-hiring screening. However, I can include a voluntary awareness module about workplace stress factors. For full NOM-035 implementation (diagnosis + action plan), check my other gig.
Do I need to be a psychologist to use this?
No. Structured questionnaires based on job competencies are standard HR practice worldwide. Clinical psychometric testing (e.g., MMPI, 16PF) requires a licensed psychologist — this service does NOT include those instruments.
