I worked as a travel product specialist responsible for mainland China destination travel planning. I researched local attractions, transportation, accommodation and food resources for Xi’an, Hangzhou and other popular tourist cities. I designed multi-day packaged travel itineraries, evaluated route rationality, identified tourist traps, and optimized travel budgets for inbound overseas visitors. I communicated with local suppliers, handled customer pre-trip consultation and solved travel-related issues. This role helped me build deep, first-hand local knowledge of China’s tourism system and master how to create practical, traveler-friendly custom trip plans for international guests.
