I performed the Knowledge Gathering, and then the Transfer of IAM processes, procedures, work instructions and tooling to IBM's offshore Global Delivery Centre IAM team in Bangalore. The role was very challenging due to size, complexity and short timeframes required. I contributed as key member of the Project team feeding back to the Programme and Project Manager. I was also a key stakeholder in delivering the reformed project plan.
