Communications is key. First we discuss your project to determine what the final cut should be. We collect your content. Then we create a script, shot sequence or storyboard, if needed. Then edit the footage and sound. then we render and deliver the video. Revisions, if needed. Deliver final cut.

That depends on the project. Deadlines are determined on a per project basis. Other factors include weekends, holidays, vacations and downtime. More complex videos require more time. Response time is included for time zone differences. We aim for a fast turnaround but plan for unexpected delays.

Yes, we work together to determine the work flow and set deadlines. If along the way you want something changed or added we can do that. We can change the deadline, if needed. However, some extra work may require an extra charge. You also have 1 or 2 revisions available after delivery.

An extra is additional work not included in the original offer. This includes adding content of any kind or features not included in the original offer. Whereas a revision is an update to existing media after delivery. Asking for extra work in a revision is not an option.

No, send us what you have. We can have access to a huge library of licensed and royalty/copyright free content. Including video & image backgrounds, music, motion graphics, characters, icons, transitions and sound effects. And we have licensed access to online content libraries.

Before anything happens we discuss what your desired outcome is. Basic packages are usually very simple edits only. Advanced editing includes more a options for video and audio mixing. Premium includes expert editing, motion graphics, longer length, color grading and animation. Ask me for help!
