As an ML/AI Developer at Loubby AI, I worked on building and improving AI-powered products for automated recruitment and HR workflows. One of my key contributions was developing Dara, an AI interviewer integrated into the Loubby AI platform. Dara conducts multi-stage interviews based on a candidate’s resume and the job description, generates interview transcripts, evaluates candidate performance, and provides AI-driven recommendations. The system reduced HR screening time by 80% and was designed to handle over 500 interviews per month. I also contributed to Jabari, an AI assistant built into the recruitment platform to improve navigation and user interaction. I developed features including a job description generator and enhanced the assistant using an agentic approach with OpenAI tool calling, enabling faster and more deterministic responses and actions. Beyond the core assistants, I worked on RAG-based context retrieval and developed multi-user memory systems to give AI assistants persistent and relevant context across interactions. I also implemented OpenAI tool calling to enable AI agents to dynamically perform actions based on user requests. Another major achievement was integrating OpenClaw with the AI interviewer to automate post-interview workflows. This enabled interview scores and summaries to be delivered directly to HR teams and decision-makers through channels such as WhatsApp, Slack, and Telegram, reducing the delay between interview completion and stakeholder feedback. This experience strengthened my ability to design, develop, and integrate practical AI systems that solve real business problems, rather than simply building models in isolation.
