- Basic (Hybrid Intune Expert Consult): 1-hour session to assess your setup, troubleshoot issues, and confirm the right approach and next steps.
- Standard (Intune Hybrid Deployment): hybrid Intune pilot setup (no Autopilot). Includes Intune connector and enrolment, compliance, baseline configuration policies, update rings, and Windows security baseline policies. Includes up to 5 apps and pilot validation. ASR policies included where applicable and when Defender is in use.
- Premium (Enterprise Hybrid Intune Rollout): enterprise hybrid rollout including Autopilot hybrid deployment profiles, enhanced security and compliance baseline, deeper technical guidance, and Active Directory Group Policy analysis to identify conflicts and remediation actions. Includes up to 10 apps, pilot-to-production support, documentation/runbook, and handover.
Optional add-ons: enhanced documentation, extra revisions, extra apps/policy waves, BitLocker/LAPS baselines, Defender onboarding, WHfB planning, training.

1) What is included in the Basic package?
A 1-hour consult for hybrid Intune/Autopilot planning or troubleshooting, with clear next steps.
2) What is included in the Standard package?
A defined hybrid Intune pilot (no Autopilot): connector/enrolment, compliance, baseline policies, updates, and up to 5 apps.
3) What is included in the Premium package?
An enterprise hybrid rollout including Autopilot, enhanced security baseline, GPO analysis, up to 10 apps, runbook and handover.
4) Does Standard include Autopilot?
No. Autopilot hybrid configuration is included in Premium only.
5) Do you configure Conditional Access?
Not by default. Conditional Access guidance/configuration is available as an add-on if required.
6) What licensing do I need?
You need suitable Microsoft licensing for Intune and the features you want. Message me if you want me to validate this.
7) What access do you need from me?
Appropriate admin access to Microsoft 365/Intune and Entra ID, plus AD/GPO visibility where required, and test devices for validation.
8) How many apps and policies are included?
Standard includes up to 5 apps. Premium includes up to 10 apps. Additional apps/policy waves are available as add-ons.
9) What does “GPO analysis” mean in Premium?
Review of local AD Group Policy areas that overlap with Intune, identify conflicts, and propose a remediation approach.
10) What can delay delivery?
Missing licensing/access, unclear requirements, device readiness issues, app complexity, and slow stakeholder responses.
