What file format do you need to do a mix?
WAV file is always best with 16bit 44.1 khz at least! Mp3 works as well just a little loss in quality will occur before I even touch it.
What are stems?
Stems is the bounce of individual tracks whether they are instruments or vocals. Every DAW has an option to bounce stems BUT it should always be from BEGINNING to END. NOT start and end of Clip.
