I will write tender or bid responses for projects

I am an accomplished bid manager with over 12 years in a plethora of Construction projects in Southern Africa. Industry sectors include; Building and civil construction, Mining, Industrial Construction, Residential and Commercial Property.

Types of work I am good with are; Building works (All trades), Office and shop fit outs, Electrical installations as well as Power Transmission and Distribution work, Roads and civil works, Structural Steel construction and refurbishment.

I will interpret bid instructions and prepare guidance for all compliance requirements. I will request company information from the bidder as per the bid requirements for filling in bid forms and inclusion in the bid.

I will prepare all technical documents including Methodology, HSE Plans, Project schedules (In MSP) and any other particular requirements for bid responses. Where elaborate drawings are required (fabrication/installation/shop drawings or Design) this will be a separate charge to be negotiated.

I will also prepare pricing schedules BUT only for Projects in Botswana, South Africa & Zimbabwe where I am within reach of current cost data.
