When I was a junior, I already knew basically how to code and had a couple of 8 bit games to my name.

30 years later, and I have designed and shipped many more systems.

I've learned what goes wrong, and where to make compromises. I've experienced many obstacles and overcome them.

That's the difference.

My skills as a junior worked when it all worked.

My skills as a senior make things work when those things don't want to. And they include skills on sales, user experience, manufacturing constraints, testability, team work and so on.
