How do you work on a project?
I start by understanding your product and goals. Then I move into research and analysis (user interviews or existing data), followed by synthesis into insights, personas, and journey mapping. Finally, I deliver structured recommendations to help you make better product decisions.
What if I don’t have users to interview?
That’s not a problem. I can work with existing data, user feedback and analytics.
What do you need from me to start?
To get started, I need a short description of your product, your goals, and any existing information you have about your users or problem. If available, access to your product, analytics, or previous research is also very helpful.
