I provide high level behind-the-scenes supports: calendar management, email cleanup, travel planning, document preparation, file organization, CRM & data handling, online research, basic financial tasks (invoicing, payments, tracking), social media support (content scheduling, posting, etc.)

4. What tools do you use?
I’m experienced with MS Office, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, Xero, Canva, Calendly, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox Sign, LastPass. I’m tech-savvy, self-starter and love learning new tools, so I can quickly adapt to whatever systems you’re currently using.
5. How do we communicate?
Primarily through Fiverr messaging. For ongoing work, we can also use email, Google Chat, WhatsApp, Slack, or scheduled calls - whatever works best for you.
6. What are your working hours?
I’m based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (GMT+7). I can accommodate overlap hours with North American, Australian and European time zones. Let's discuss your specific needs to find a schedule that works for both of us.
7. What's your turnaround time?
It depends on the task complexity and your package, but I typically respond within 24 hours and deliver work within the agreed timeframe. For urgent requests, please message me first to confirm availability.
