Do I need to contact you before ordering?
Yes. A short message is required to confirm scope and select the correct package before ordering.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package provides advisory only. You receive analysis, identified risks and clear next steps. No implementation is included.
Does the Standard package include hands on work?
Yes. It includes scoped configuration or remediation for an Entra ID identity scenario with validation.
What does the Premium package cover?
The Premium package is intended for advanced Entra ID identity projects, including design, implementation and remediation within an agreed scope.
Do you support hybrid identity scenarios?
Yes. Hybrid scenarios involving Entra Connect or cloud sync are supported when relevant to the project.
Is Active Directory on premises included?
This service focuses on Microsoft Entra ID. On premises Active Directory is considered only when required for hybrid identity.
Is documentation included?
Documentation is not included by default. It can be provided as part of a custom offer if required.
What happens if my scenario exceeds the selected package?
If the scope changes, I will propose an adjusted package or a custom offer before proceeding.
Do you provide ongoing support after delivery?
Ongoing support is not included but can be arranged separately if needed.
