Do you work with existing Excel files?
Yes. I can improve, fix, reorganize, or rebuild your current file based on your goals.
Do you also support Google Sheets?
Yes. I work with both Excel and Google Sheets. Formulas and features differ between platforms, and Power Query is an Excel tool. Tell me which platform will be used and whether conversion or shared access is needed before ordering.
Can you build dashboards and reports?
Yes. This service can include summaries, charts and reporting within a spreadsheet. For a project centered on interactive KPIs and dashboard design, choose my Excel/Google Sheets Dashboards gig. For substantial macros or UserForms, choose my VBA Automation gig.
What do you need before starting?
Share a redacted sample or example of the columns you need, the business goal, Excel/Google Sheets platform and expected output. List the formulas or tasks involved and show one correct example result. A new project can start from a simple sample; no finished workbook is required.
Is everything made fully from scratch?
Each order is tailored to your needs. When useful, I may use proven structures or components to deliver faster and more reliably.
What is included in the Basic package?
1 formula expression or one small targeted fix in 1 existing Excel or Google Sheets file, with up to 5,000 rows. Includes the editable result and usage notes. This is a focused fix; a full tracker or workbook redesign needs a larger package.
What is included in the Standard package?
1 tracker or report in 1 file, up to 3 sheets, 1 prepared source, 10 distinct formula expressions and 15,000 rows. Includes structure, validation and usage instructions. VBA macros, buttons and dashboard-first projects use their dedicated gigs.
What is included in the Premium package?
1 workbook, up to 5 sheets, 2 prepared sources, 20 distinct formula expressions and 30,000 rows. Excel Power Query cleaning/combining or a formula-based Sheets structure, with summary and guide. No VBA macros or buttons; major dashboard builds use the dashboard gig.
What counts as a revision?
One revision round refines the agreed deliverable. New sources, workflows, features or KPI definitions are a scope change and need a separate quote.
What counts as a formula, and are macros included?
Each formula means one distinct expression, even if copied across many rows. Standard includes up to 10 distinct formulas; Premium up to 20. VBA macros, buttons, UserForms and Google Apps Script are outside this gig's packages.
