Yes, you'll need your own hosting and domain name. If you don't have them yet, message me and I'll recommend a reliable, affordable host and walk you through setup.
Can you migrate my existing WordPress or WooCommerce site instead of building from scratch?
Yes. Send me your current site URL and I'll assess it before you order so we scope it correctly — migrations are priced differently from new builds.
How many products can WooCommerce handle in the store setup?
That depends on your package — send me your product count before ordering and I'll confirm which package fits, or quote a custom offer if you're above the listed limits.
Will my site work on mobile and load fast?
Yes, every site is built responsive and speed-optimized with caching, so it performs on mobile and passes Google's Core Web Vitals.
Do you provide the source files and admin access after delivery?
Yes, you get full admin access, all theme/plugin files, and ownership of the finished site. Nothing is locked to me.
What happens if something breaks after you deliver?
You get 30 days of free bug fixes post-launch. Anything beyond bug fixes (new features, content changes) is scoped separately.
Can you also help with SEO or ongoing marketing after the site is live?
Yes - Zera Creative runs SEO and marketing retainers separately from web builds. Ask me for details once your site is live.
Why should I message you before ordering instead of just buying a package?
Because "website" and "store" mean very different scopes depending on your business — a quick message means you get the right package the first time instead of a mid-project scope dispute.
