Photononrealistic render - digital image made within a software. It doesn’t look realistic. Photorealistic render - It looks realistic. Final results make a render difficult to distinguish from a photograph for an amateur viewer. Realistic renders are offered as extras or separate gig.

I create designs in Sketchup Pro. 3D design with conceptual views and dimensions - pdf. Renders - jpg/png. 2D plan - dwg/dxf. 3D models - skp or 3ds/dae/fbx/gltf/obj/stl. Material list - excel file/pdf.

Sketchup native format is SKP but also allows to export files in 3D formats: 3ds/dae/fbx/gltf/obj/stl. 2D formats: jpg/png/bmp/eps/pdf/dwg/dxf. Not all formats are imported well in other software. Please contact me first and I will send you a sample in desired format for you to check.
