Im not the smartest guy in this world and i dont really know what this man exactly did in detail but i can say my pc feel way quiquer and smoother already, i am a very hyperactive kinda person and he stayed polite and calm all the way to the end, i recomend him :)

I had a problem with CS2 hitting crazy 1% lows and stuttering constantly. I tried pretty much every method available on the Internet, nothing worked.
