Did not listen correctly to instructions, threatened to cancel order over design issues. Spent days before even starting assignment. The project should have been done in 2 days but he took 10 days. Horrible customer service skills, and wasted a lot of time on the project.

This was a great result and revisions from the initial design to final delivery were minimal. Would use again.

The delivery was basically acceptable. It took a while to understand my instructions and there is clearly a language barrier, but there was good will to help and do what was needed. I might have to do some more work on the project independently, but that is fine.

I will continue to work with him.
