I am connected to people through social media, and I have helped so many people who were struggling with their relationships, were afraid to open up conversations and were feeling stuck. I have dealt with teenagers and helped them through 1-on=1 coaching to get out themselves from anxiety and stay confident. A lot of times, what we need is only a human connection who can hear us without judgement. And I provide that warm and welcoming space to let them process their feelings.
