Worked with a growing logistics and freight dispatch company to improve operational efficiency through CRM customization and workflow automation. The business needed a more organized system for managing dispatch requests, shipment tracking, customer communication, and driver coordination, as their existing processes relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual follow-ups. My role involved setting up and structuring the CRM environment, organizing operational pipelines, automating repetitive tasks, and improving workflow visibility across teams. I implemented automated notifications, follow-up workflows, task management systems, and centralized dashboards to help streamline dispatch operations and communication between staff, drivers, and customers. I also optimized data organization, connected operational forms and communication channels, and helped simplify day-to-day management processes to reduce delays and improve internal coordination. The completed system gave the company a more scalable and efficient operational structure while improving workflow management, response time, and overall business organization.
