During my time with the company, I was involved in creating and developing accurate, well-fitted, and production-ready garment patterns for different styles and size ranges. I worked with Lectra CAD software to develop, modify, grade, and prepare digital patterns according to garment specifications and production requirements. Created and modified patterns while maintaining proper fit, balance, measurements, seam allowances, and construction details. Maintained organized pattern files and ensured measurements and specifications were consistent throughout the development process. Collaborated with production and technical teams to resolve pattern-related issues and improve garment fit and manufacturability.
