Life can be overwhelming and difficult at times to find someone to talk to. I am here to offer a safe space and listen with an empathetic open mind and open ear. Feel free to share what is on your mind judgement free. While I am currently working on my clinical mental health licensure, I have the basic skills utilized in my daily work as a school counselor. I look forward to hearing from you.
