What if I don't have Footage/screenshot?
If you dont have have footage,Dont worry i will make from your Website/App. just share the website address and text me before order.
Can you change the background music ?
Yes! I have a music library, you can select from here- http://motiongallery.us (go to audio section) http://audioblocks.com (I have subscription there too) Just select a music and share the name and music page link. Or you can share yours!
Should the logo need to be transparent?
Yes, or it will have a rectangular background area. if you need me to make your logo transparent please order extra. Please provide the logo in png or ai format. Please check this image to be clearer about this- http://motiongallery.us/format.jpg
What will be the slide/each screen duration?
Same as preview. if you wanna customize please text me.
Why my text/image/logo is blur in the video? ** MUST READ
This may happen if you provide a low quality image/logo, or ordered just HD version. I recommend to provide me high quality image to avoid this situation. Also upto 2 lines/5-6 words each slide will be great.
Is it possible to same day delivery?
Yes possible, But before placing order contact with me.
Can you change the background colors?
Yes, you can provide your desired color or I can put the background color based on your website screenshot matching. This is available under standard/premium order only. (not available under basic order)
What will be the video format?
The video will be in mp4 format. Video will be high quality output with high bitrate. if you have any custom requirement like, video should be less than 50mb or etc, please text me.
Will you provide source file?
I will Deliver the final Video. If you need the source file, please contact me, additional charge applicable. Usually I work in Adobe After Effects Software, so you will receive aep file.
