I appreciate Tangie. When I placed the order, she quickly reached out and told me that she had a cold. She offered to cancel the order if I needed the delivery quickly. I didn't, so we readjusted the delivery time to fit her recovery. However, that approval time fell over a holiday weekend, which closed...
