From 53% ACoS to 27% in just 60 days! I helped reduce this client’s Amazon PPC ACoS from 53% to 27% in just 60 days. When they came to me, they were spending over $11,000 per month on ads with only a 1.87 ROAS, and nearly half of every sale was going back into ad costs. After optimizing their campaigns, improving keyword targeting, adjusting bids, and removing wasted ad spend, we reduced monthly ad spend from $11,165 to $7,462 while increasing sales from $20,876 to $27,315. Their ROAS improved from 1.87 to 3.66, and ACoS dropped from 53.51% to 27.32%. This means they saved $3,700 per month on ads while generating $6,400 more in sales, making the campaigns highly profitable with a 42% margin.

Amazon PPC Case Study for a Fashion niche Amazon FBA Store- A client was spending over $5K+/month on ads but struggled with high ACOS (77%+) and inconsistent results. I restructured their campaigns, introduced category & ASINs specific targeting, added negative keywords, and optimized bids daily to reduce Ad spend. Within 30 days, ad sales reached $25K+ revenue, ACoS dropped to 24%, and ROAS improved to 6.5X. Spend became more controlled while ranking and visibility grew across multiple high-volume keywords. After One Month of Amazon Ads Management, TACoS reduced to 9.7%, ACoS reduced to 19% with a 6.7X ROAS. Managed and optimized Amazon Handmade Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brand campaigns for 3 months. A low-budget PPC project maintained the lowest CPC on the Amazon ad campaign manager, such as restructuring campaigns, refining keyword targeting, listings SEO optimization, harvesting search term data, CPC bidding, adjusting bid placement, and applying negative keywords to reduce ad spending. Overall, it was a fantastic project for me.
