Tai was a pleasure to work with and he made booking in Japanese go from a potential nightmare to an easy experience. He was very attentive at each step and conveyed what I needed to my goal and back. Definitely consider him if you plan to book somewhere in Japan but find your Japanese lacking or you don't have a Japanese phone number!
