I have been working for a USA company as a virtual assistant. I do the billing in the MN-ITs system for PCA services and Waiver services. Waiver services include HMK services, IHS with training services, IHS without training services, Night supervision services, and Respite care services. I know all the processes of this work. I have the proper training.
