An important part of my role is assessing leak rebate applications by carefully analysing water usage, supporting documents, and eligibility criteria to ensure fair and accurate outcomes for customers. Maintaining accurate customer account information is critical, and I ensure all data is up-to-date to support smooth billing operations and correct property ownership records. I work closely with cross-functional teams, including field services, finance, metering, and back-office billing, to resolve service issues efficiently and provide seamless support to customers. This role has strengthened my problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, while allowing me to provide empathetic and solutions-focused service to a diverse customer base. I take pride in helping customers understand their accounts and payments, while also ensuring that Watercare’s operations run efficiently and accurately.
