Hello. My name is Lola Svetlova. I am a professional artist and illustrator.

My style is eye-catching. Bright colors, textures, and small details make my illustrations interesting and alive. 

For picture book projects my process and payment will be divided into 4 stages.

In the beginning, I will provide a try-out Illustration of your choice (single or double page) for half price, to make sure my style is a match to your project.

Next, I will work on the storyboard (small sketches of all the pages), so you can see the book composition overall.

Then I will draw half a book in full size and color.

Then another half and a cover.

To begin I will need detailed descriptions of illustrations and/or the text. And a mood board containing illustrations (mine or another artist's) and maybe photos you like, so I can understand your vision better.
