Hola. Mi nombre es Susanne. Como una ávida lectora con pasión por las historias, leo aproximadamente dos libros a la semana. Aunque principalmente he leído ficción literaria y clásicos, en los últimos años me he inclinado más hacia el romance y la ficción de género. He pasado mi vida trabajando en el mundo del arte en Estados Unidos y actualmente estoy haciendo mi maestría en historia del arte en Suecia.
Mi proceso de lectura beta tiene dos pasos.
1. Una lectura sencilla, como leería cualquier libro.
2. Una lectura detallada con comentarios insertados a lo largo del texto. Aquí, me concentro en las partes donde encontré la escritura confusa, escenas que toman demasiado tiempo, finales demasiado cortos y cualquier cosa que me haga volver atrás o interrumpir la historia. También busco:
- Simpatía, construcción, desarrollo y coherencia de los personajes
- Verosimilitud de la acción y las escenas, continuidad
- Trama y ritmo
- Construcción del mundo
- Consistencia en el tono y el punto de vista
- Lenguaje ligero: sintaxis, ortografía y elección de palabras
