I provide gentle, personalized support to individuals navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is calm, compassionate, and centered on helping each person feel heard, grounded, and less alone. I create customized guided meditations tailored to each client’s specific needs, including support for relaxation, sleep, confidence, and emotional balance. I also incorporate Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping), breathing exercises, and supportive conversations to help regulate the nervous system and promote a sense of calm. My work is especially supportive for women 40+ who may be experiencing life changes such as retirement, shifting relationships, caregiving, or a desire to reconnect with themselves. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can slow down, reflect, and begin to feel more at ease. In addition to one-on-one support, I have created and led workshops, online sessions, and guided experiences focused on confidence, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. My goal is always to meet people where they are and gently guide them toward greater clarity, calm, and self-connection.
