Its important to discuss your request before placing a order to have smooth understanding of your request. There are many case scenarios if there driver issues its ok I am here to help you to trouble shoot and fix those problems , in some instances there would be hardware failures if you aware of that please mention. If its a hardware failure it cannot be fixed through drivers if should be replaced or to be repaired in many cased defective pc components get replaced.
