I help small business owners stay organized with clean, accurate monthly bookkeeping in Wave, QuickBooks, and Xero. If you don't yet have a bookkeeping platform, I would be happy to suggest one based on your business needs and help with the initial setup!
I'll handle transaction categorization, account reconciliations (banks, credit card, payroll, third-party processors), and provide clear financial statements so you know exactly where your business stands.
This service is best for small business owners, consultants, and online businesses who want accurate, tax-ready books without worrying about managing the details themselves.
I offer three monthly packages based on your business complexity and level of support needed. All packages include full-service bookkeeping; the difference in pricing is based on transaction volume, account complexity, and whether a monthly review call is included. The Essentials and Premium packages come with 30-day email support for the months you've engaged bookkeeping services.

Do I need to message you before ordering?
Yes, please. A quick message helps me confirm the right package based on your transaction volume and account setup. This avoids delays and ensures everything runs smoothly once we start.
Are all packages full-service bookkeeping?
That's right! All packages include full monthly full-service bookkeeping. The difference is the complexity of bookkeeping work (number of transactions, accounts, third-party platforms) and whether a 1:1 monthly review call is included.
What is included in Starter bookkeeping?
Starter is best for very simple businesses with low activity. The service includes transaction categorization, bank and credit card reconciliation, and monthly Financial Reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet). It does not include third-party platform reconciliations, payroll, or a 1:1 review call.
What if my business is more complex than Starter?
No problem. If your business uses Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, multiple accounts, or has higher activity, I’ll recommend Essentials or Premium before we begin and can send a custom offer if needed.
Is this a one-time service or ongoing?
It is totally up to you to continue the service on a monthly basis once we're set up! Most of our clients go on to continue on a monthly basis.
What do you need from me to get started?
To provide bookkeeping services, we will need access to your bookkeeping platform and your financial statements for the month you'd like us to work on. I’ll let you know if anything else is needed after reviewing your setup.
Do you handle payroll or tax filing?
This service focuses on bookkeeping. Payroll and tax filing are not included, but your books will be clean and ready for your accountant or tax preparer. For standard and premium bookkeeping, you are free to invite your tax accountant on our 1:1 review calls.
What is included in the monthly review call?
The 1:1 review call is included with the Essentials and Premium packages. During the call, we’ll walk through your financial statements, highlight anything important, and answer questions related to that month’s bookkeeping. The call will be via scheduled Zoom or Google Meet.
What does 30-day email support include?
Essentials and Premium packages include email support for up to 30 days, limited to questions related to the month of bookkeeping we completed. This is designed to help you understand your reports and clarify entries made during that period.
