Key responsibilities and achievements: - Set up and manage GoHighLevel sub-accounts including branding, pipeline setup, custom fields, tags, and client onboarding. - Build automated lead-nurture workflows with multi-step email and SMS sequences triggered by form submissions, appointment bookings, and pipeline stage changes. - Architect advanced automation systems including Master Gate kill-switches (reply handlers, booking kill-switches, human-activity suppression, and stage-exit routing) to keep automation production-safe. - Design high-converting sales funnels and landing pages within GHL to capture leads and drive appointment bookings. - Configure AI calendar booking with round-robin team calendars, slot/buffer rules, and Google Calendar two-way sync. - Build bilingual (English + Spanish) workflows with persona-matched routing to language-specific team members. - Set up two-way CRM syncs between GHL and Follow Up Boss (FUB) via Zapier including field mapping, stage parity, deduplication, and DND sync. - Connect Facebook and Instagram to GHL Conversations for social media lead capture, automated DM responses, and comment auto-replies. - Configure Conversation AI for lead qualification across SMS, web chat, and social channels. - Create CRM pipelines with custom deal stages and deliver full account builds with snapshots, workflow documentation, and Loom video walkthroughs. - Test every build end-to-end with dummy leads before delivery to ensure zero errors in production.
