I can do all of that and much more. I have experience using leaflet as a JavaScript library to produce different layouts for maps. I will also use methods such as restful APIs, jQuery, AJAX and PHP to manipulate data for you to use on your website.
The full source code will be provided and I can upload the data for you and make sure it shows on your website but I will need access to your server.
