During my career at Urtasker as an e-Commerce Brand Manager, my job duties were as below: Adapting to the developing market trends and tools in real-time to stay ahead of the competition Audit of Seller Accounts/e-Commerce Stores. Active role in Keyword Research & Audience Targeting. Adapting to developing market trends for advertisement campaigns. Participation in forming effective paid search strategies. Managing and optimizing campaigns day-to-day for maximum ROI and key conversions. Forecast, plan, and optimize marketing campaigns for the agency’s brand partners. Auditing historical campaign performance and quickly identifying key performance drivers within their PPC structure. Planning and executing strategies for Product/Brand Launch, Rank, Customer Reach and Awareness. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy. Weekly and monthly reporting business standings and deliverables. 360 Degree Auditing the Products to maintain Growth Trajectory. Tasks Delegation and Management via task management tools e.g. Trello, Asana. Client Communication and Meetings. Managing Amazon Seller & Vendor Central, eBay, and Walmart Accounts and various other eCommerce platforms in multiple regions. Creating SOPs to streamline the process. Manage internal and external shared resources to develop the necessary marketplace-specific assets for growth across brands. Coordination with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock, premium quality, have updated packaging, and have all appropriate required certifications. Analyze Amazon ASIN level data to determine why certain products are trending up or down. Leverage internal resources to develop creative for product listings, maintain effective marketing campaigns, and manage inventory/forecasts for our clients. Analyze market trends and customer needs to define product range development opportunities. Tracking Key Performance Indicators to assess performance and pinpoint issues.
