Built TeleAgent, an end-to-end automation tool that fills medical billing forms (HCFA-style forms) on a teletype/CMS website. The tool takes over the browser, extracts text from on-screen fields using OCR, matches the extracted text to the correct form question, and auto-fills the answer. Built the full browser automation layer using Python and Playwright, automating the entire website workflow Integrated PaddleOCR for real-time text extraction from image-based form fields Trained a custom DistilBERT model (1M parameters) from scratch to match extracted OCR text to the correct input field/question Used supporting libraries (PIL, NumPy, OpenCV) for image preprocessing before OCR Delivered 1,400+ lines of production automation code, actively maintained and improved based on live client feedback Currently extending the tool toward cloud deployment
