What file formats are necessary to begin the retouching process?
The preferred file formats for the retouching process are high resolution files such as JPEG, PNG, RAW, TIFF, PSD, and HEIC. However, we are able to accommodate a variety of file formats to ensure the best possible outcome for the project.
The amount of images I need edited doesn't correspond to the packages you offer, what should I do?
We would be happy to accommodate your specific needs. Please feel free to reach out to us with the details and number of images and we will provide you with a custom offer.
A retouching service I need isn't listed in your gig description, may I contact you anyway?
If you are unsure about the techniques or methods required for editing your images or if our gig description does not list the specific technique or method you have in mind, please do not hesitate to reach out to us with your request. We will be more than happy to answer your questions.
In what format will the completed images be delivered?
Our standard delivery formats for completed images include JPEG, TIFF, and PSD. However, we are happy to accommodate any preferred format you may have, just let us know your preference.
May I request the source file?
Certainly, we would be happy to provide you with the source file, however it will come at extra charge. Typically, this would be in the form of a layered PSD file.
Can you provide information on the management and storage of the images during the gig?
We will securely store the photographs on our servers for one year in case additional edits or changes need to be made, if requested. Moreover, should we wish to use any of the images in our portfolio, we will reach out to you for your permission. The images will not be used for any other purposes.
