FAQ
When will you deliver my order?
I will deliver your order in 24 hours. Most orders will take a little less than 24 hours to deliver. Scripts over 600 words may take longer than 24 hours. If you would like your order faster, please purchase the "12 Hour Delivery" gig extra (500 words max). I also offer 1 Hour Delivery, but you must
What is "Commercial Rights"?
If you intend to use my voice over for ANY business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra. More info can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership
What is "Full Broadcast Rights"?
If you intend to broadcast the voice over in paid-marketing advertisements on internet, radio, or TV, then the Full Broadcast Rights gig extra must be purchased. More info can be found at: https://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service#ownership.
Do I offer offer revisions?
If I make a mistake on my end, I will make a revision for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script in ANY way after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be additional charge for revisions.
What About Special words and pronunciations?
I’m fortunate that I’m adept at proper pronunciation. To avoid revisions, tricky pronunciations/company names/technical words, and foreign words in the script you provide may have a specific sound you require. If this is the case, please provide a specific sound guide.
What audio format do you provide?
Standard audio format I provide is .MP3 (mono/320kbps/441hz/24bit). If you require .WAV format or any other specific export format, please select the "HQ Audio file" gig extra when you order.
Tone of Voice:
If you have a tone in mind or a style reference for the voiceover - PLEASE send that with the script! I thank you in advance for giving me context on how to best bring your vision to life! If there are words that might be hard to pronounce, send a pronunciation guide, voice notes and YouTube links.
What time zone are you located in?
I'm in the Mountain Standard Time Zone (USA)
Is there anything you won't record?
I do not record hateful, derogatory, or vulgar language. I also do not record testimonials or anything that I believe may be misleading or related to a scam. I reserve the right to deny any work that I do not feel comfortable voicing.
