Needed help with a bike sharing app - he responded to the initial message very quickly (within ~5 minutes), and was very attentive and professional during the entire exchange. He also speaks English very fluently. I would absolutely recommend him, and I will definitely be reaching out to him again if I need any other assistance in Japan!!

wow. this was some special service I needed tickets printed at 711 in japan. I am located in Australia. Steven was such a great help. he kept me updated through every step of the way with photos . his level of service was unbelievable I would recommend anyone to use Stevens Services.
