Do I need to answer all of questionnaire about my business?
Yes. Please write your answers in as much detail as possible. It will help us better understand your needs and come to value this as a worthwhile exercise critical to ensuring we are on the same page from the start. Your answers are confidential.
Can I add extra design service on top of the packages?
Yes. I do provide most of the brand element designs including Art Direction, Packaging, Social Media, Editorial, Web Design and Marketing Materials. * Except for Brand Naming service and Web development (Design only) Please contact me for a custom offer!
What are the 'Collateral Design' options?
Business card, Letter Head, Thank You Card, Email Signature and any Brand Promotion Items *Not including Packaging Design, Brochure, Flyer Design, Social Media Design or Website-related Design.
How to count the number of 'Revision'?
There are multiple steps to complete brand identity guidelines. It counts any revision after the initial proposal for each element, such as logo design, moodboard, color palette, typography, collateral design, and graphic pattern.
What is included in 'Logo Design Revision'?
Based on the initial logo design concept, minor changes such as refine work, color and layout design editing are included. *If you want a new logo concept, this will be outside the scope with an extra charge. Therefore, It's important to share clear requests before the project starts.
What logo file format do you provide?
I provide ai, png, jpg, svg for both digital and print.
