The solution functions as a real-time modular house configurator, enabling users to switch between different roof types, roof angles, and structural configurations while instantly seeing how each option affects the overall house design. The project was built as a real-time 3D architectural visualization tool that helps modular house manufacturers present their products in a more engaging and interactive way compared to traditional static renders. Through this interactive house configurator, potential buyers can experiment with roof customization, roof pitch adjustments, and modular architecture variations, making it easier to understand the structure of the prefab house before construction. The configurator integrates real-time 3D rendering with a minimalistic premium UI, allowing smooth interaction with architectural elements while displaying visual dimension indicators, roof transformation controls, and parametric configuration options. This digital house configuration system improves product presentation for modular housing companies, prefab house developers, and real estate technology platforms, turning architectural visualization into a powerful sales and marketing tool for modular homes. To create the solution, the project combined 3D modeling, WebGL-based rendering, and AI-assisted visualization workflows. Architectural assets were prepared in Blender, while the real-time configurator experience was built using Three.js and React Three Fiber for high-performance interactive 3D visualization.

The project functions as a real-time door configuration tool built specifically for modern housing brands, architects, and construction companies that want to present their products through an interactive 3D product configurator instead of static catalog images. Through this digital door configurator, users can switch between multiple door models, frame types, colors, and hardware options, creating a personalized door design in seconds. The interface was designed as a minimalistic premium UI with intuitive controls that allow smooth exploration of door variations while maintaining a clean architectural product presentation. Real-time updates inside the 3D door visualization environment allow clients to clearly see materials, reflections, and structural details, making the configurator a powerful sales tool for door manufacturers and building material companies. The project combines interactive product visualization, parametric configuration systems, and modern web technologies.
