Developed advanced AI (CNN architectures) pipelines for histopathology imaging, applying image segmentation, classification, and feature extraction techniques to automate disease detection in breast cancer histopathological images. Integrated explainable AI (XAI) methods to provide clinically interpretable results, and worked with large language models (LLMs) to process clinical notes, automated text extraction, enhance the diagnostic workflow, and contributing to multimodal AI systems.
