Según Twilio, todos los números de teléfono 10DLC utilizados para enviar mensajes SMS y MMS a números en EE. UU. deben estar completamente registrados en una campaña aprobada bajo tu marca. Los mensajes enviados desde números no registrados estarán sujetos a un aumento gradual en el bloqueo de mensajes por parte de Twilio, comenzando el 5 de julio de 2023, y finalmente conduciendo a un bloqueo total de todos los mensajes sin registrar enviados a EE. UU. después del 31 de agosto de 2023.
