Freelancer was not qualified to accept the project. I needed an accurate vector rendering of a tanker truck, what the freelancer sent me was not accurate to the mechanical drawings or to the photographs I sent along with the project. I needed fast turn around and by the time the deadline arrived, the freelancer was unable to deliver useable files.
